Return Policy:

We have a Safe shopper’s returns & exchange policies on most of the items sold on We will guide you through the process and supply you with a return Authorization number. No returns are accepted without the Return Authorisation.

General Returns: 

We have no questions asked 7day, 100% acceptance policy on most new unopened items. However a prior return Authorisation number should be obtained for all returns. One way shipping charges to return the items are paid by the customer. Any returns made without the returns Authorisation number will not be accepted. 

Refund will be done within 7days from the refund requested date.Value of the order is refunded as a credit Note. Refund should be online. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received the returned item and processed your voucher

Exchanges:For products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange, please contact us to get a return Authorisation number. We will get the product picked up and the exchange process will be triggered. If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 7day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order (in the form of e-vouchers) if we do not have the stock left for a particular item requested. Please ensure the tags, packaging etc, is intact as it was sent and the product is sealed before you hand it to the courier. Also, make sure to take the return shipping number from the courier partner.


Cancellation Policy: 

Orders will be cancel within before delivery date for products will be return possible only within 4days of delivery date.
